A combination of Foundation and Advantage plus access to legal compliance advice and assistance, the Ultra allows you to focus on strategic HR initiatives by providing an inclusive Human Resource administration packet. Services include the development of employee handbooks and policies, assurance that the credit union is maintaining proper workplace posters, and is in compliance with the many human resource laws and regulations. A dedicated Human Resource specialist is provided to work closely with the credit union contact.
